1. Introduction

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information to locate it
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to jurisdiction for judicial proceedings

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

6. False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

7. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the notice for completeness
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Provide information about the counter-notification process
