8. Limitations
In no event shall CoaChess or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CoaChess's website.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which CoaChess Inc. is incorporated.
