CoaChess Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") offers refunds in accordance with this Refund Policy. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After the initial 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Course and Coaching Refunds

Refunds for individual courses or coaching sessions may be available if:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented access to the service
  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@coachess.net
  2. Provide your account information and order details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for our review and response

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed coaching sessions
  • Courses that have been fully accessed
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Third-party services or products
  • Refunds requested after the applicable time period

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of content accessed, sessions completed, and services already rendered.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
