1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and CoaChess Inc. governing your use of the CoaChess platform and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including courses, lessons, and materials, is the property of CoaChess or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the platform. By posting content, you grant CoaChess a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Coaching Services

If you engage with coaching services, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or provide advance notice
  • Treat coaches with respect and professionalism
  • Follow the coach's instructions and guidance
  • Not share session recordings without permission

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
